Shipping policy

Last updated: [[P05: date you publish this policy]]

Every Grounded Chapters guide is a digital download. Nothing is posted to you, and there are no shipping costs.

What you receive

When you buy Survival Guide for Newly Single Moms, you receive one PDF file: 34 A5 pages, about 6 MB. It opens on a phone, tablet or computer in any standard PDF reader, such as the one built into your browser or device.

How it reaches you

[[P14: confirm after setting up and testing the delivery app]] After your payment is confirmed, we email a download link to the address you used at checkout. [[P14: keep the next sentence only if downloads are enabled on the Thank you and order status pages]] The same link also appears on your order confirmation page and your order status page.

[[P14: replace with the delivery time you have observed in a real test order, for example “The email is normally sent within a few minutes of payment.”]]

[[P15: if you set a download limit in the delivery app, state it here, for example “Each link can be used 5 times.” If downloads are unlimited, delete this note.]]

If the email doesn’t arrive

  1. Check your spam, junk or promotions folder for an email from Grounded Chapters.
  2. Make sure the email address on your order confirmation is the one you meant to use.
  3. If you still can’t find it, write to support@groundedchapters.com with your order number. We can send your download link again.

If the file won’t download or open

  • Try a different browser or device, and make sure you have a little free storage space.
  • On a phone, save the file to your Files or Books app first, then open it from there.
  • If it still doesn’t work, write to support@groundedchapters.com. Tell us your order number and which device you’re using. If we can’t give you a working copy, we will refund you, as our Refund Policy explains.

Keeping your copy

Please save the file somewhere safe once it has downloaded. If you lose it, write to us with your order number and we will help you get it again.

The guide is for your personal use. Our Terms of Service explain what that means.
